20oz Stainless Steel Tumbler with lid and metal straw. These Designs are printed onto the tumbler and therefore are permanent. HAND WASH ONLY.

All of our products designs are printed and pressed and shipped from Pennsylvania.

Production Time and Shipping
**All products are created just for your order and shipping times do not include the time it takes to make your item.
**Most products are made within one week of order.
**Orders are shipped USPS.
**You Must Approve the digital proof we send you for personalized orders before we can ship your order. 
**Please double check your order, colors may be slightly different when printed, all monitors vary in color calibration.

The Customer is responsible for shipping items back for return/replacement.

Shipping

Processing times can vary depending on each item, see each item for individual terms.  Most items ship within 3-5 business days.  This processing time does not include shipping time, it will take the 3-5 days to complete your order and then the shipping time after that.  If there is an issue or concern with shipping I will reach out to speak on the delay.  Please remember that all personalized/custom orders have to be approved by the buyer before they will be shipped.

Returns and Exchanges

We hope that you love your product from us and we strive for quality but if you have difficulties with one of our products we are here to help.  There are some exceptions for returns and exchanges such as any personalized or custom order can not be returned or exchanged unless there is damage in shipping and we will replace it for you but you would have to ship the item back to us before we can replace it.  We do not accept cancellations on custom orders.  Items on sale also can not be returned or exchanged.  Please make sure you check sizing charts for shirts as the shop owner will not refund or exchange if you order the wrong size. Clothing items can not be worn and then returned. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, if the item is not returned in it's original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.  We strive to make our customers happy with their purchases and return back to us again, please reach out with any concerns you may have with your order.
